If something doesn't meet your expectations upon receipt, don't panic. Our priority is your complete satisfaction.

How to proceed:

1. Write to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Attach photos and/or videos that clearly illustrate the problem.

3. Provide your order number and describe what is wrong.

Together, we will decide on the most suitable solution: exchange, credit note or partial or total refund.

Except in serious cases (clearly non-compliant product, shipping error, major defect), returns remain subject to acceptance after analysis.

The products must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, undamaged.
• Returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part.
